There is no organization in Japan that combines horse racing and horseback riding like the Korean Horse URL Association. The JRA Japan Central Horse Racing Authority is in charge of horse racing and the Japan National Horse Association is in charge of horse racing. Of course, the Korean Horse Association receives a URL subsidy from the Japanese Central Horse Racing Authority, but the two organizations have different purposes and activities. From URL horse production to breeding, training, and horseback riding in one place like the Korean Horse Association.
